About Parure La Plee

Parure La Plee is an AI-powered personal styling application operated by S9 Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services include personalized color season analysis, a digital wardrobe manager and clothing inventory, AI-generated outfit recommendations for 42 occasions, an outfit calendar and travel packing stylist, cost-per-wear analytics, wishlists and moodboards, curated color-matched shopping suggestions, a pre-loved clothing marketplace, community forums, and the Parure La Plee Creator Program.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parure La Plee mobile application, website at parure.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

Eligibility and accounts

To use Parure La Plee you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at parureapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create more than one account per person, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Parure La Plee offers a Premium subscription at the following rates:

• Monthly plan — $9.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual plan — $89.00 per year, billed annually (equivalent to approximately $7.42 per month)

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Premium features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. All payments are processed by Stripe (web) or through Apple App Store / Google Play billing (mobile). Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.

Free trial and early access tiers

Parure La Plee offers three early access tiers at launch. Hand-selected beta users receive their first year of Premium free, followed by a lifetime discount of 50% off the yearly subscription ($44.50/year). Early adopters who download the app within the first three months of public launch receive one month free, followed by 30% off their first year ($62.30). All other new users receive a 14-day free trial before being billed at the standard rate.

At the end of any free trial or early access period, your account will revert to the free tier or you will be prompted to start a paid subscription. We will notify you by email before any trial or promotional period ends.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate trial and promotional offers at any time. Early access tier eligibility is determined solely by Parure La Plee.

Your content

You retain ownership of all photos, wardrobe items, and other content you upload to Parure La Plee ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

We will not use Your Content — including your photos, wardrobe items, or personal style data — for advertising, to train AI models for external use, or for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you provide and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

You may delete any of Your Content at any time via the app. Upon account deletion, we will remove Your Content from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on another person's rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our AI-generated recommendations, styling outputs, or platform content without our written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that could harm our systems
• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to other users
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our express written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

AI-generated content

Parure La Plee uses artificial intelligence — including Anthropic's Claude API — to generate outfit recommendations, color analysis results, and styling suggestions. You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are for personal styling guidance only and reflect the AI's analysis of your inputs — they are not guaranteed to be perfect for every situation
• Color season analysis is based on the photos you provide; results may vary with different lighting, image quality, or photo angles
• We do not guarantee that any recommended purchase will be available, accurately priced, or suitable for your specific needs
• AI outputs should not be relied upon for medical, therapeutic, or professional fashion advice

AI-generated styling content remains the property of S9 Enterprises LLC. You may use it for your personal styling purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize it without our written permission.

Marketplace and consignment

Parure La Plee members may list pre-loved clothing items for sale through our in-app marketplace. By listing an item, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the item and have the legal right to sell it
• Your listings are accurate — items must be as described and in the condition stated
• Parure La Plee will retain a 12% platform fee on all completed sales, processed via Stripe Connect
• All sales are final once a buyer confirms receipt, unless the item materially differs from its listing description
• You are responsible for shipping listed items promptly and securely upon sale
• Parure La Plee acts as a platform facilitator only and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers

Authenticity requirement

Before any item may be listed on the Parure La Plee marketplace, the seller must confirm their agreement to the following authenticity declaration by checking a required acknowledgment box at the time of listing submission:

By checking this box and submitting a listing, the seller expressly warrants the authenticity of the item. Full legal liability for any counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented listing rests solely with the seller — not with Parure La Plee, S9 Enterprises LLC, or any of their officers, employees, or agents. Parure La Plee makes no representations or warranties regarding the authenticity of any item listed on the marketplace and is not responsible for verifying seller claims.

Price threshold and flagging policy

To reduce platform risk while authentication infrastructure is developed, the following listing restrictions apply:

• Items listed above $500 will be automatically flagged for additional review before the listing goes live. Parure La Plee reserves the right to request additional documentation, photos, or proof of purchase for any flagged listing.
• Parure La Plee reserves the right to decline, remove, or delay any listing above any price threshold it determines appropriate, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to the seller.
• Sellers of high-value items are strongly encouraged to retain purchase receipts, original packaging, and authenticity cards to provide upon request.

Counterfeit listings — seller liability and enforcement

• The seller bears sole and full legal liability for any item listed on the Parure La Plee marketplace that is determined to be counterfeit, a replica, or a misrepresentation of an authentic product.
• Parure La Plee reserves the right to immediately remove any listing suspected of being counterfeit, without prior notice to the seller and without liability for any lost sale or reputational harm to the seller.
• Sellers found to have listed counterfeit items will be permanently banned from the Parure La Plee platform, including the marketplace, community, and all other features.
• Parure La Plee will cooperate fully with luxury brand enforcement teams, intellectual property rights holders, and law enforcement authorities in any investigation involving counterfeit goods listed on the platform.
• Parure La Plee expressly disclaims all liability to buyers or any third party arising from a seller's listing of a counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented item. Any claims arising from such listings are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the seller.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are not appropriate for the marketplace.

Creator program

Qualified members may apply to become Parure La Plee Creators and earn commission on subscriptions they refer. The Creator Program operates on a tiered commission structure based on performance. All Creator Program participation is subject to the terms set out in full below.

Commission tiers

• Founder Creator (Tier 1) (approved at launch, 5,000+ followers): 15% commission on qualifying referred Premium subscription revenue; Parure La Plee retains 85%
• Growth Creator (Tier 2) (100+ active qualifying referred subscribers): 20% commission on qualifying referred Premium subscription revenue; Parure La Plee retains 80%
• Elite Creator (Tier 3) (500+ active qualifying referred subscribers): 25% commission on qualifying referred Premium subscription revenue; Parure La Plee retains 75%
• All commission rates apply to net subscription revenue after applicable app store platform fees (Apple App Store or Google Play). Parure La Plee is not responsible for and does not guarantee any specific earning amount

When commissions are earned — trial period and qualifying subscriptions

Commission is earned only on qualifying subscriptions. A subscription is qualifying when all of the following conditions are met:

• The 14-day free trial period has ended and the referred user has converted to a paid Premium subscription. No commission is earned or accrued during the free trial period under any circumstances, regardless of when the referred user signed up.
• The first billing cycle has successfully completed. A commission is recorded only after the referred user's first successful payment clears — not at the time of trial start, not at the time of Premium selection, and not at the time of trial end.
• The referred user has not cancelled their subscription before or during the first billing cycle. If a referred user cancels their subscription at any point during the 14-day free trial or before their first payment is successfully processed, no commission is earned or owed to the Creator for that referral.
• The subscription payment has not been reversed, refunded, or charged back. If a payment is reversed or refunded for any reason after a commission has been recorded, the commission for that transaction is voided and will be deducted from the Creator's pending or future earnings balance.

When commissions are paid — payout schedule and minimums

• Commissions are calculated and paid on the 1st of each calendar month for all qualifying subscriptions that completed their first billing cycle in the prior calendar month.
• A minimum account balance of $50.00 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below $50.00 carry forward to the following month and accumulate until the $50.00 threshold is reached.
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Creators must complete Stripe Connect identity verification and connect a valid bank account before any payout can be issued. Parure La Plee is not responsible for payout delays caused by incomplete Stripe Connect setup.
• Parure La Plee reserves the right to place a hold of up to 30 days on any commission payment pending verification that the referred subscription is genuine and has not been obtained through fraudulent referral activity.
• Creators are solely responsible for reporting commission income to relevant tax authorities. Parure La Plee will issue a Form 1099 to any Creator who earns $600 or more in commissions in a calendar year, as required by US tax law.

Ongoing commission — recurring subscriptions

• Once a referred subscription qualifies (as defined above), the Creator earns their tier commission rate on each subsequent successful monthly or annual renewal payment, for as long as the referred user remains an active paying Premium subscriber.
• If a referred subscriber downgrades to the free tier, pauses, or cancels their subscription at any time, commission payments for that subscriber stop immediately. No commission is earned on any period after cancellation.
• If a former referred subscriber later resubscribes to Premium — whether through the same Creator link or not — that resubscription is treated as a new referral event. Commission resumes only if the resubscription is made via the Creator's active referral link and meets all qualifying conditions above.

Creator obligations and program rules

• Creators must disclose their relationship with Parure La Plee in all promotional content, as required by FTC guidelines. Required disclosure: "#ad", "#ParureLaPleeCreator", or "I earn a commission from Parure La Plee" must appear clearly in all posts, videos, or content that include the Creator's referral link.
• Creators may not use paid advertising that targets Parure La Plee's own brand keywords, including "Parure La Plee" and "Parure app," without prior written approval from S9 Enterprises LLC.
• Creators may not artificially inflate referral counts through self-referral, coordinated sign-up schemes, incentivizing free trial sign-ups with personal gifts or payments, or any other method designed to generate commissions without genuine Premium conversion.
• Parure La Plee reserves the right to audit Creator referral activity at any time. Suspected fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate commission hold, Creator account suspension, and potential permanent removal from the program.
• We reserve the right to modify Creator commission rates or program terms with 30 days' written notice via email to the Creator's registered email address. Continued participation in the Creator Program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate Creator status immediately and without notice for material violations of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent referral activity, FTC disclosure violations, or conduct that Parure La Plee determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the brand.

Affiliate links and shopping

Parure La Plee participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites and apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in affiliate programs with CJ Affiliate and Awin. Product recommendations within the app and on this website may generate a commission for Parure La Plee at no additional cost to you.

Shopping recommendations are generated based on your personal color profile and style preferences — not based on which retailers pay the highest commissions. We strive to surface the most relevant and flattering options for you regardless of affiliate relationship.

We are not responsible for third-party retailers' products, pricing, availability, shipping, or returns. Any purchase you make through a recommended link is a transaction between you and that retailer.

Intellectual property

The Parure La Plee name, logo, brand identity, app design, features, and all content we create — including AI styling frameworks, color analysis methodology, and platform technology — are owned by S9 Enterprises LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at parureapp@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S9 ENTERPRISES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, styling advice that does not meet your expectations, or purchases made based on AI recommendations.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, S9 ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us at parureapp@gmail.com. Upon account closure, your access to Premium features will end at the close of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate.

Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved locally, the above may not apply to you and local law will govern.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date.
